We are in search of a Day & Night Duty Coordinator to handle the following responsibilities on a daily basis:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to supervise the chauffeur team based in central London.
  • Organize daily medical tasks in collaboration with the cargo supervisor.
  • Assign all other tasks accordingly as instructed by authorized logistics personnel and Clients.
  • Inform logistics management of any unauthorized transport assistance requests.
  • Report any vehicle issues to the relevant department/supervisor promptly.
  • Execute duties professionally when engaging with clients, colleagues, and external providers, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ensure the vehicles used by designated staff are always in a presentable condition.
  • Respect the company's business nature and adhere to a strict code of conduct.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations as per the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
  • Follow organizational policies and procedures.
  • Fulfill any other reasonable requests from management.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts as required by operational demands.
  • Keep the work mobile phone active and answer calls promptly.
  • Enter all tasks delegated to chauffeurs into the necessary logistics tracking systems.
