Key Responsibilities:

The duties of the Office Administrator will be to carry out the following tasks, this list is not exhaustive:

  • To assist and perform tasks instructed by supervisors, managers and other members of staff
  • Provide administrative support for supervisors, managers and other members of staff
  • Use of other internal programmes or software's
  • Provide certainty to the customer on what action will be taken, estimated time of arrival etc.
  • Storing, retrieving, processing and archiving information
  • Creating and updating records and databases
  • Assist colleagues as and when necessary
  • Any other duties commensurate for the post

Passive Fire

  • Data Entry: Inputting and reporting data retrieved from client portals. Updating systems as required for the compliance database. Scheduling of works in line with the work planner and projects.
  • Client Liaison: Dealing with clients and tenants on a daily basis, providing first point of contact for all queries and issues relaying messages to relevant supervisor or manager. Scheduling and booking in new works as per client's requests.

General Business:

  • Produce Minutes of Meetings when requested

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • To be able to work following specific instructions.
  • To be able to work using own initiative
  • A good team player, who is capable of working under pressure with a high level of personal integrity,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills and organisational skills
  • Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Programmes
  • Educated to at least a minimum of Math's and English Language GCSE pass level
  • Preferred experience within an administrative role

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
Up to £23,400.00 per year
