Job Purpose:

DMAT deliver Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programmes and Domestic Abuse Awareness Programmes.


DMAT and Causeway are working in partnership to deliver an early intervention, low risk/low harm domestic abuse awareness program across the Merseyside region.


The Refocus Programme will introduce a holistic, early intervention pathway, which will provide both education and support for individuals who have displayed early signs of potentially abusive or coercive behaviours.


Our program "see the signs" is a program is designed for individuals who are displaying abusive behaviours, an essential course will look to identify and educate individuals about coercive control and abusive behaviour.


Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • To help maintain financial and baseline information spreadsheets
  • Processing mileage and expenses for staff and sending the reports to Causeway finance team
  • Barclaycard reconciliation and petty cash management
  • Tracking monthly expenditure via spreadsheets/finance software
  • Collating expenses
  • Sending monthly financial invoices
  • Sending monthly expenditure reports to finance
  • Attend monthly meetings with finance team
  • To ensure all KPIS's recording and finance reporting is up to date.
  • Letter writing and report writing as required
  • Organising administrative and practical tasks associated with meetings, including room bookings, refreshments, agendas, taking minutes.
  • To work alongside the programme Coordinator, Causeway services admin, Service Manager, Merseyside Police SPOC and the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner on all reports, including monthly reporting.
  • To work alongside the Service Manager to maintain internal reporting requirements, including quality assurance and timely recording of data on the Oasis system.
  • Adhering to all internal procedures regarding DMAT Services Limited, the contract and any legislation.
  • Printing and preparing the relevant documentation for meetings as requested by the Service Manager.
  • Any other duties that are commensurate with the role.

Person Specification
Education, Qualifications & Training

  • An appropriate enhanced DBS check.
  • This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
Experience

To have recent experience with documenting and logging information, and record keeping.

To have recent experience of working with budgets, administration systems and financial controls.

To be able to show experience of working in a team.

Skills:

To be able to maintain service user confidentiality and to record keep.

To manage a varied caseload and prioritise tasks and work to set deadlines.

An excellent level of organisational and administrative skills.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

To work within the Internal Policies and Procedures of DMAT Services Limited.

To be able to lone work and to be able to work well in a team setting.
