CAPITAL ASSISTANT (part-time)
£14,450 per annum
Hybrid role with both office and home-working
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office Finance team as a part-time Capital Assistant.
This role will support the Capital Controller in ensuring the Capital responsibilities within the Finance team are completed to the correct standard and to strict deadlines. Key tasks include (but are not limited to) posting capital related journals, preparing village capital trackers, raising capital WEB3 orders, reviewing capital expenditure and producing periodic capital reports.
The role will support the Capital Controller in reporting to inform Village Directors on capital projects impacting village operations.
The successful candidate will be competent with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and will have the ability to communicate confidently and effectively. Previous experience of working in a busy finance function is required.
This role will also include Capital related project/ad-hoc work.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 90 hours per 4-week period (22.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.
Exact working hours will be discussed with the successful candidate.
