Team Leader


Our distribution team are currently looking for a Team Leader to support the Export Shipping department within our Knightsbridge store.


This position works varied shifts between 9am and 9pm across any 5 of 7 days a week with regular weekend work.

About The Role


In this role as team leader, you will support and report to the Manager in the day to day running of the department ensuring that all KPI's and objectives are met.

This will include working with the Sales Advisors on the store floor, Couriers and your Dispatch and Delivery colleagues to manage the smooth running of all deliveries.


This would also include:

  • Dealing with tight deadlines with conflicting priorities.
  • Responsible for checking all tasks are carried out correctly according to department procedures.
  • Investigating customer service complaints and escalate where appropriate.
  • Assisting the Delivery Services team when required
