As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of four associates to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members.
  • Implement and follow structured sales processes, such as the brand's selling ceremony.
  • Coordinate with the stock team to manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with operational policies and health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships with in-store brand partners and maintain relationships with personal shoppers.
  • Track boutique performance against sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse sales data.
  • Perform accurate daily cash reconciliations and resolve any issues.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a luxury retail environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a small team.
  • Experience in implementing and following structured sales processes, such as the brand's selling ceremony.
  • Proven experience in developing partnerships and building relationships with brand partners and personal shoppers.
