We are now seeking a Customer Account Coordinator within our Customer Services Team.


As Customer Account Coordinator, you will act as the main point of contact between our customers and Architectural UK & Ireland for the order fulfilment process, pro-actively processing and communicating customer demands to the order fulfilment chain in a timely and cost-effective manner, ensuring all issues are brought to a speedy resolution.


Meeting the monthly customer contact plan agreed with sales, you will have first time accuracy of transactional processing including sales orders and claims, and handle queries, enquiries, approved product sample and literature requests, complaints and claims and resolve them within agreed timescales.

You will monitor customer ordering patterns and minimise deviations from forecast expectations and ensure that deliveries are made in line with agreed dates, coordinating communications with customers as well as internal and external departments.


We'd like someone who has excellent communication skills and can demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels with both internal and external customers, building and maintaining vital relationships.

You should be able to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and be able to identify issues requiring a timely resolution.

Experience of using SAP is also essential.

Benefits

  • Working hours hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 until 17:00. Flexi hours scheme is also available.
  • Salary £23,000 per annum, rising to £25,000 upon successful completion of probationary period
