Location:

Hours: 40.5 hours per week
**5 days per week, Monday

  • Friday, can either be 9.00am
  • 17.00pm or 8.00am
  • 16.00pm**
    Salary: £10.45 £12.45

On call rate:
£15.00 per call out which includes the first hour's labour, anything over the hour is paid at overtime rate.


We are looking for someone to provide general maintenance of the care home providing support for the people living with us, whilst promoting a happy and friendly environment.


THE ROLE
Complete relevant paperwork including Health and Safety audits
Painting and decorating
General maintenance of the home
Liaise with the Home Manager and/or Managing Director regarding any problems

THE RIGHT PERSON
To be flexible to suit the needs of the home
To maintain the fabric of the building in a good state of repair
To be experience in general maintenance
To hold a full clean driving licence

You will also have experience of working both independently and in a team. Your main duties will be general maintenance work to maintain the home.
