Job Profile:
LSL Land and New Homes are looking for a

New Homes Site Administrator to join the team on a part time, flexible basis. Working 2/3 days per week (with potential to increase to 4 days per week) on a Hybrid basis of home working and working from one of our show homes in Doncaster / Worksop.


A key part of this role is travelling to our New Homes sites and carrying out Inspections in unoccupied properties, report your findings and update our records.


You must be proficient in using Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Word and also be comfortable carrying out the property inspections independently.


Hours - Very flexible, but must include a Monday

Salary - £12.50 per hour plus mileage paid after the first 20 miles.

Contract - Zero Hour

Key requirements - Driving licence and own vehicle
