Main Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Construction Team as an Apprentice Construction Site Administrator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Construction team and Site Management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the Construction team and Site Management.
  • Typing, copying, and distributing correspondence and information.
  • Data Input and record-keeping.
  • Send and receive emails and faxes.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Ordering stock and supplies.
Requirements

No previous experience is required, but a passion for starting a career in the construction industry is essential. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work to deadlines.

Applicants must have GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in Maths & English.
