About Our Client:

PageGroup have proudly partnered with a sector-leading non-profit organisation. We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor role, which is full-time, permanent, and based in central Bradford (BD1).

  • Work as a senior member of the finance team providing an effective, streamlined and customerfocused finance service;
  • Line manage, support and develop a small team of Purchase Ledger Clerks;
  • Conducting balance sheet reconciliations;
  • Producing a quarterly expense report;
  • Manage the workload of the team effectively;
  • Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner;
  • To deputise for the Purchase Ledger Manager when required.

The Successful Applicant:


We are looking to speak with experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisors, as well as experienced Purchase Ledger Officers ready for the next step in their career.


  • Experience in a finance role, managing a high level of transactions
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Great organisational skills
  • Staff management experience is desirable, but not essential to apply

What's on Offer:


The role is offering a permanent contract + salary up to c.30K dependent on experience + study support after a successful probation period, hybrid working policy (c.2-days in office), Bradford (BD1) location with limited parking and nearby public transport routes, 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, internal progression and opportunities within other accounting teams, pension scheme, and other great employee benefits.
