As the Brand and Communications Director, Central Services, you will be pivotal within our Central Brand, Marketing, and Communication team, crucial for the broader Marketing and Business Development function across all five regions.

This role demands strategic collaboration with regional counterparts to shape Norton Rose Fulbright's brand and communication strategy on a global scale.

Lead the central communication, brand, and social media team, ensuring a consistent brand presence.
Develop a cohesive global content strategy in partnership with regional CMOs.
Lead global PR efforts and crisis communications, coordinating with major media outlets.
Drive cross-regional content and marketing campaigns for client engagement.
Develop a content strategy for the intranet and internal communications.
Oversee services delivered by central service provider(s).
Extensive experience in senior communications roles within global firms.
Proven track record in developing and implementing communication strategies.
Proficiency in digital communication and social media strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in crisis management and public relations.
Ability to travel as needed to support global operations.
