Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Assist in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities
  • Coordinate and plan office meetings
  • File, transcribe, and maintain documents and records
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying and scanning
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
  • Provide excellent customer support and address enquiries or issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Duration of Contract
Permanent upon successful completion of screening and probationary period.

Salary
