WHAT ARE MY MAIN DUTIES?


You'll be a key member of the team who embodies our values and assists management in the successful running of the bar operation.

Your role will include a variety of duties and responsibilities.

You'll have complete knowledge of all parts of the bar service, procedures, food knowledge, hygiene and how to provide excellent customer service.

You'll assist the Bar Manager with management duties, and act on their behalf in their absence.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting your line manager with guiding, delegating and considerately leading the bar team.
  • Tracking and managing stock, as well as procuring and ordering.
  • Organising and implementing staff training alongside the Bar Manager.
  • Overseeing the cleaning schedules of the bar and related spaces.
  • Hotel Duty Management Shifts

WHAT DO I NEED?

  • Experience supervising a team or being a senior member of a team with aspirations to grow.
  • Natural leadership skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Passion for excellent customer service and creating best in class hospitality experiences.
