Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at COREcruitment International. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the bar team: Supervise and motivate the bar staff to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage bar operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the bar, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Improve customer experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control costs: Analyze sales data and implement cost-saving measures to maintain profitability.
  • Develop team members: Provide training and development opportunities to help team members grow and succeed in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Hotel and bar experience: Proven track record of working in a hotel or bar environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Leadership skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
