We are currently seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key player in our Food & Beverage department, you will report to the Food and Beverage Assistant Manager and collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, Orangery, and the Playbarn.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth operations in the Restaurant, Orangery, and Playbarn.
- Operate coffee machines, juicers, and smoothie machines.
- Manage stock control, rotation, and ordering processes.
- Stay informed about relevant legislation and conduct training for the team.
- Foster positive customer relations and uphold service standards.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols.
- Conduct cash management procedures, operating tills and card machines.
- Comply with fire safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff.
- Manage the service quality of bar staff, baristas, and waiting staff.
- Interact positively with customers to promote our facilities.
- Report back and assist the assistant manager with till systems, orders, and staff training.

**Key requirements**:

- Previous experience in restaurant and event service.
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous supervisory role within Food and Beverage is ideal but not compulsory.

**Working Conditions**:
Primarily day shifts, with flexibility based on business needs.

On-site work location at Whitekirk Hill, North Berwick.
