In this role you are accountable for:
Communicating with medical providers, both over email and callsSet up work orders in the system and ensure efficient communication to the customer from the collection of their device to the completion of the repair and maintenance service. Respond in a timely manner to customer queries through Salesforce using clear communication that answers all potential questions and have a first-time right work ethics Liaise with repair engineers in Budapest to proactively communicate with customer Set up repair requests in SAP ensuring all necessary data is captured and clear for future reference + arrange collections and liaise with couriers to achieve TAT Maintain ownership of issues and ensure if something is promised, it happens Log complaints in the customer's CRM tool Strive to achieve and exceed company service goals Represent the customer's brand to their utmost satisfaction Update training materials for audits & spot improvement opportunities + take initiative owning and learning new tasks Build positive relationships with team members and contribute to a dynamic and motivated atmosphere & support team leader and program management when requested
Here is some of what you'll need (required):
GCSE qualification or equivalent Fluent English & advanced language skills in German (preferably native speaker) Work well under pressure Strong initiative and passion for continuous improvements, thinking outside the box Excellent organizational skills – ability to prioritize and remain calm is important Excellent customer service skills and being able to handle difficult conversations Must be computer literate and have good keyboard accuracy with good Microsoft Office knowledge particularly Excel Eligible to work in the UKPreferable skills and experience:
Experience in communicating with customers using either written or verbal communication methods Logistics experience, working with couriers, booking collections and handling exceptions Salesforce, Tableau and/or SAP knowledge Data analytics experienceHere are a few examples of what you'll get for the great work you provide:
