Color & Co Ltd. Natural Blinds design and produce exclusive bamboo roller blinds and other natural blinds in a high quality.

The company is a small new London based subsidiary of a Danish owned company and is passionate about sustainability and natural materials in a Scandinavian design.

We are looking for an employee for our production department who, besides production of the blinds, can help pack our orders, handle our stock and help where needed.

It is important that you enjoy working with your hands, and that you are good at it. You must have the physic to be on your feet all day. Blind production and sewing experiences are a bonus but is not mandatory.


The working hours will be full time 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday at our address in NW10 just next to Willesden Junction.

Hiring is as soon as possible, minimum starting salary of £12 per hour.

As a production assistant at Color & Co, you will be responsible for:

  • Production of the roller blinds
  • Assembly of the roller blinds
  • Quality check of roller blinds
  • Packing of orders
  • Production of samples and packing of those
  • Various cleanup and incidental work

About you:

You are a positive person by nature, and are not afraid to help where needed. You are a responsible person, and understands what it means to work with deadlines. As we sell high-end blinds, it is important that you are thorough and take pride in you work. You have an eye for details and symmetry. You like working independently and thrive in busy situations.

Some of our fabrics and blinds can be heavy, so you must also be able to lift them without problems.

It is important that you speak and write English.
