Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We currently operate a discretionary hybrid model, with three days in our London office and two working from home. We also offer summer working hours.

Salary: From £25,500 depending on experience

From Wee Gallery bath books to Lost Gardens our aim is to entertain, educate, and enrich the lives of our readers across the globe. As a Production Assistant, you will provide departmental and administrative support for our motivated Production team to help us deliver our inspiring books for adults and children.

As a production assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our busy department with administration and reporting, as well as learning and developing your Production skills.

Responsibilities

Administrative support for the Production department (regular reporting, etc)Maintaining the Production libraryLearning and following departmental processesEnsuring work is well organised; email and systems are kept up to dateTaking on your own list of books and learning fundamentals of print production Knowledge, skills and experience

Ideally, you will have had some office-based experience of working within a team or busy department. You will be curious and organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will be able to show you can:
