Main Responsibilities

  • Answering phones/dealing with phone queries/covering reception
  • Collecting & distributing post on a daily basis
  • Taking receipt of deliveries & distributing
  • Dealing with stationery ordering & Kitchen supplies/organising stationery room & Kitchen/stock taking
  • Receiving Visitors/setting up meeting room/monitoring supplied for meeting room
