As a Conference Banqueting Assistant you'll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day.

Take a deep breath because you'll be stepping into a busy role This is a hands-on position within the ME department; with great attention to detail you'll be setting up, refreshing and clearing rooms to the high Leonardo standard You'll work as part of a vibrant team to ensure all guests have a first-class experience with us.


If you're our ideal Conference Banqueting Assistant,
you will:

  • Be yourself
  • Think on your feet to meet clients' needs
- a great can-do attitude is spot on

  • Have great communication skills: you'll be greeting organisers, ensuring guests' needs are met and working with others to achieve the department's KPIs
  • Be selfmotivated and comfortable working alone at times
  • Work well in a team during large events
  • Be AV savvy to support organisers with the setup of their event (desirable)
