Our client is a leading, global developer and manufacturer of medical devices utilised in the hospital and community settings. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Sales Representative in the Derby, Nottingham, Leicester and Warwickshire region.

This is a notably high-performing region with an enviable track record of growth. We are therefore seeking an Account Manager, ideally with solid experience in woundcare and both acute and community sales. The individual must have clinical knowledge and commercial drive together with a gutsy and tenacious nature to defend this business in this competitive marketplace, but also seek out further growth opportunities, often targeting customers at a senior level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales and profit targets on product portfolio completing quarterly business reviews and forming action plan for creating opportunities.
  • Ownership of pipeline and forecasting opportunities.
  • Partnering with customers to promote value-based proposals.
  • Responsible for knowledge of all local contracts and tenders.
  • Develop a strong network of key stakeholders including KOLs.

To be considered for the role you must closely match the following criteria:

  • Wound care, compression or ostomy care sales experience.
  • Must have acute and community sales experience.
  • Must have demonstrable tender experience & track record of formulary successes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
