We are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Business Support team in Trowbridge.

This pivotal position will centre around overseeing the entire Wiltshire Children's Community Health Services in your designated area, making a meaningful impact on our operations and the community we serve

As a Business Support Team Leader you will guide administrators and effectively address management-related matters, from workloads to performance and annual leave to HR concerns, you'll be the go-to person for managerial support

This is a part-time opportunity, working 30 hours per week.

We understand the importance of work-life balance, so there is a degree of flexibility on how these hours are worked between Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm however we're open to discussing further details during the interview stage.
Main Responsibilities
As a Business Support Team Leader, no two days will be the same as you handle a diverse range of tasks such as:

  • Day to day management of Administrators, ensuring all tasks within the team are covered appropriately while also maintaining own administrative workload.
  • Key Communication, working with managers and senior practitioners to ensure that statutory and other timescales for tasks are achieved.
  • Liaising with other Business Support Team Leaders to ensure that all service areas are adequately covered.
  • Attending and actively contributing to a range of meetings to represent the Business Support function as required.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the Business Support Manager to ensure that tasks are prioritised and resourced effectively.

  • Previous experience line managing staff
  • Previous administration experience
  • The ability to work with discretion and can maintain confidentiality with all sensitive topics
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to delegate tasks appropriately
  • The ability to prioritise and manage workload within a busy environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel
