Job Title: Regional Van Fleet Sales Executive

Location: Central Region – South Manchester, Cheshire, Yorkshire, North Wales, West Midlands and East Midlands

Package – Up to £35,000 basic salary + tax efficient company car + bonus – OTE £85,000 (uncapped)

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in boosting fleet sales in a designated region. Responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with clients, proactively seeking new business opportunities, and maintaining existing accounts through superior account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to elevate fleet sales in the assigned area
  • Cultivate and sustain solid partnerships with corporate clients, catering to their specific requirements with customized solutions
  • Meet the sales targets and related KPIs within a 12-month timeframe
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to identify sales opportunities for all products and services
  • Enhance the company's reputation while promoting its commercial objectives
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory modifications to shape effective sales tactics

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Demonstrated success in sales with a grasp of total ownership costs and funding alternatives
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities to interact persuasively at all levels
  • An adept presenter who will participate in regional sales and dealership presentations
  • A talent for attracting new customers and expanding the client base
  • Prior experience in selling or leasing capital equipment to local fleets
  • Preferred familiarity with the Van industry
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license for essential regional travel requirements
