Personal Assistants required to support a lady in her mid 20s with learning disability.

Duties to include assisting and prompting with personal care, dressing, medication times/ordering and collecting, household duties and meal preparation. This lady would like support to help her become more independent at home and within the community. She does have a part time job which she will require taking to and collecting from.

Car driver is essential due to location. Mileage to be paid separately.

DBS/Reference checks will be required for this post - Cost to be met by the local authority.
