Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to the individual, including assistance with toileting, bathing, and dressing.
- Assist with meal preparation and eating, ensuring the individual's nutritional needs are met.
- Support the individual with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to help the individual maintain their independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the individual receives comprehensive care and support.
- Experience of working with individuals with complex needs and disabilities.
- Ability to provide personal care and support, including assistance with toileting, bathing, and dressing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid DBS check and reference checks.
