Community Health Services provides an assessment, diagnostic and treatment service at Poole Healthcare Centre.

The administration team is currently looking to recruit an administrator to work 22.5 hours per week.

The role includes dealing with a range of telephone queries, arranging appointments, managing patient correspondence, data inputting and problem solving, covering the reception desk.

In addition to dealing with patients a key part of this role is to provide administrative support to the clinical team to enable them to run their clinics effectively.


You will need to be highly organized with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering a customer focused service.

This is a very busy department and you will be required to effectively manage multiple and diverse work streams.

This post is based at:

Poole Healthcare Centre, Dolphin Shopping Centre, Poole

Hours of work:
Part time 22.5 hours per week (worked over 3 full days) Monday Tuesday and Thursdays pm
