We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Clinic Assistant/Receptionist at Life Balance Chiropractic Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet patients with a warm smile and provide personalized support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments, as well as maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Team Support: Assist chiropractors with patient care and administrative tasks, and participate in marketing campaigns and social media posts.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Ability to work at least 19 hours per week, including every Saturday morning.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and IT skills, with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Personal Qualities: Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a strong desire to help others and provide excellent service.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £12.00 per hour (rising to £12.44 after probation) + OTE of £135 bonus per month.
