Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise your team for success – ensure team members are trained and developed
  • Handle payroll and assist with schedules
  • Conduct team appraisals and job discussions as needed
  • Supervise the kitchen and daily menu production with chef's support
  • Ensure adherence to all regulations
  • Uphold brand standards at the outlet
  • Supervise the coffee outlet with the supervisor
  • Manage the on-site team and oversee completion of learning and development
  • Perform stocktaking, food ordering, and trade weekly accounts
  • Build strong commercial relationships with suppliers
  • Address customer complaints promptly and ensure team receives compliments
  • Organize monthly stock counts and brand standard audits
  • Assist in team recruitment and retention

Requirements

  • Prior supervisory/management experience in a food service setting preferred
  • DBS check mandatory
  • Experience in catering
  • Lead by example, manage colleagues, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude
