About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store is running smoothly, and you will be accountable for achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently
  • Develop and implement sales and customer service strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and services offered
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
