About the Role:
This role is offered on a part

What You Will Do:
- Support managers, employees and international new hires and provide relevant documentation, advice and customer service
- Implement new process and evolve those already existing through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and being aware of on changing regulations, trends and industry practices
- Ensure all data is recorded in compliance to governance processes and assisting with audits
Who You Are:
- Experience and knowledge in international mobility relating to UK&ROI immigration (consultancy or inhouse)
- Experience of coordinating recruitment campaigns (inhouse or agency)
- Able to work across functions/ different groups of people with effective written and oral communication skills
- Able to analyse data and present trends and provide advice to stakeholders accordingly
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite as well as previous working knowledge of HRIS platforms
- Ideally having gained or studying towards CIPD level 5 or attained law degree including employment law module
- Ability to identify stakeholder needs and act in accordance with a customer focused approach
- Strong planning and organisational ability and can work within timelines
- Flexibility to travel to different UK locations as required
