About you, about the role


You will already have experience of providing care to people with support needs and a good understanding of the needs of people living with mental health and its effects to provide recovery focused, person-centred support for our clients to live as independently as possible within the community.

Hours are based on a rota working 39.25 hour per week, including sleep ins, weekends and lone working.
