Job Description: Dietitian at Wellbeing Center

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Dietitian to join our dynamic team at the Wellbeing Center, working with young individuals under 18 struggling with eating disorders and their families. Our specialized team includes a range of professionals to provide holistic care and support. The role involves delivering care in our Intensive Day Treatment Service and expanding virtual program, aiming to prevent hospital admittance and support individuals within their communities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Integral member of the eating disorders specialist multi-disciplinary team.
  • Care for children and young people with eating disorders.
  • Manage dietetic patient caseload.
  • Effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues.

Job Requirements:

Essential

  • Dietetic Degree at BSc or MSc level.
  • HCPC Registered Dietitian.
  • Evidence of Eating Disorder CPD.

Knowledge

  • Prescription feeds and supplements.
  • Expertise in various digestive conditions.
  • Management of underweight patients.

Experience

  • 2+ years in clinical role.
  • Experience in Eating Disorders service.
  • Community Dietetics experience.

Skills

  • Commitment to quality care.
  • Flexibility and teamwork.
  • Multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Electronic notes systems proficiency.
