We are looking for an experienced and organized Deputy Manager to join our team at Glebe House. Responsibilities:- Providing day-to-day management and oversight of the nursing home operations
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and codes of practice
- Managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained
- Developing strategies to improve operational performance and efficiency
- Monitoring budgets and controlling costs where appropriate
- Leading by example with a positive attitude towards residents, visitors, staff members, families, vendors/contractors etc.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a nursing home setting.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
