We are based in the heart of Mudeford - Christchurch, The Noisy Lobster is an award-winning family-run restaurant renowned for its enticing Sea Food and Fish menu.

Since our establishment in 2013, we've been serving delicious breakfast, light bites, lunch, and dinner along with pre-dinner cocktails throughout the year.

Spread across two spacious floors, we provide a relaxed, modern atmosphere.

As we continue to grow, our customer base has expanded, and we take immense pride in the long-lasting relationships we have built with our customers.


Your Role
As our Host/Hostess, you will be the heart and soul of our establishment.

Your key responsibilities include providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, effectively handling calls, proficiently recording bookings via ResDiary, and adeptly dealing with guests' queries.


What We Expect
We are seeking a highly competent, confident, and experienced host with a proven track record in high-end, busy restaurants. A strong command of English, ability to work under pressure, and self-motivation are imperative.

You should also possess:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • An engaging telephone and facetoface manner
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work over evenings and weekends
  • A genuine passion for food and customer engagement
  • ResDiary Experience (preferential)

£8.50-£11.50 per hour
