Our company is looking for a motivated, outgoing and detail-oriented individual to join the team of Hosts/Hostesses. This position is perfect for students or individuals who are looking to make new friends, learn new skills and have fun while they work. Hosts/Hostesses are responsible for greeting customers with a warm and friendly smile, enticing them to join in activities and events and following up with them as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Observe customers and make sure they are satisfied.
- Be aware of customers' needs.
- Resolve conflicts between customers and other employees.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu and specials.
- Take orders from customers and server them.
- Provide information about the restaurant and specials to customers.
- Ensure that tables are set up for customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
