To work as a member of the VIP team in a designated room area, covering specific booths, and providing help and assistance where required
- Greet designated VIP guests and act as their main point of contact throughout the session
- Collect the coats/jackets of the VIP guests and place securely in cloakroom, ensuring the guests receive their cloakroom tickets, and return the coats to them, at their request, before they leave.
- Ensure you check on your VIP guests periodically throughout the session
- Upsell packages to your VIP guests wherever possible
- Ensure the booths are clean and tidy, with clean menus, at all times
- To successfully resolve guest complaints wherever possible referring unresolved complaints to the management team
- Comply with displayed bar tariffs and any promotional offers applicable to each session
- Ensure your workstation is not left unattended
- Ensure that all areas are dry and clear of spillages or broken glass.
- Public and staff areas should be kept clean
- Maintain bar areas in line with operating standards
- Serve drinks, as ordered providing quality guest service
- Ensure good housekeeping standards are applied and deliver a safe environment through maintenance of the venue

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: Up to £10.48 per hour
