In their account management team, they are seeking an individual with exceptional client communication skills and a deep understanding of consumer behavior. The role involves offering proactive, valuable, and top-tier client service through the coordination of creative, print, production, and postage services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Generate client quotes and invoices, review supplier quotes, create purchase orders, and ensure job profitability
- Coordinate with external suppliers for artwork, data, and print services through to fulfillment and postage
- Thoroughly check all information and ensure accurate proofreading
- Introduce new formats and provide feedback on enhancements to clients and the Client Services team
- Oversee the delivery of client direct marketing activities within budget and timelines
- Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with accounts, clients, and suppliers
- Be willing to be hands-on and actively involved in tasks
The role requires solid knowledge of postage, especially as one of the accounts is solely focused on postage. Essential skills and attributes include:
