We are looking to recruit a dynamic Resettlement officer.

As Resettlement Officer work with refugees and homeless families in housing need and those who are potentially homeless to identify and address their housing and support needs.


You will be an experienced Discharge of Duty Officer who has a extensive knowledge of the Homelessness Reduction Act and relevant legislation, guidance and case law relating to homelessness and temporary accommodation and experience with affordability and suitability assessments.
You will have excellent communication skills and substantial experience in working within a high-pressure environment.

You will understand the need to make thorough decisions within tight timescales and be able to effectively manage your workload.
