Join Our Team as a Facilities & Service Manager

Are you looking to work with one of the region's top-performing commercial main contractors? This could be the opportunity you've been waiting for As a Facilities & Service Manager, your main base will be at the client's head office, with some travel within the UK for project visits.

What Will Your Responsibilities Include?
  • Conduct regular building inspections to ensure compliance, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
  • Address and investigate complaints as needed.
  • Engage in productive meetings with key stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
  • Oversee budget management, cost control, and setting service charges. You will also be responsible for presenting financial reports.
  • Lead and train on-site teams (if applicable), conduct performance reviews, and ensure team efficiency.
  • Handle investigations into incidents or issues and respond to emergency inquiries promptly.
  • Supervise external contractors, generate work orders, oversee efficient and budget-compliant work completion to high standards.
  • Perform routine risk assessments, testing, and Health & Safety checks.
What Qualifications Are We Seeking?
  • Thorough knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
  • Previous experience in budget management.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, strong communication skills, and adept at building relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing administrative tasks and records efficiently, even under time constraints.
