- Triage Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) complaints
- Make contact with victims of ASB
- Investigate incidents of ASB
- Take first account statements from victims
- Interview alleged perpetrators of ASB
- Prepare warning letter/tenancy breach letters
- Complete Anti-Social Behaviour contracts with perpetrators
- Liaise with partner agencies, including the police and Adult social care.
- Complete Safeguarding (SG) referrals
- Update Case notes in respect of ASB and SG
- Liaise with solicitors regarding legal actions
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain and update office records, spreadsheets and databases.
- Assist with data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, Teams meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports.
- Liaise with Care Providers, Tenancy Support Officer, Solicitors
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience of handling Anti Social behaviour case loads Essential

- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
- Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
