Location - This role will be based around the Norfolk & Suffolk area, covering locations such areas as Ely, Norwich, Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, Lowestoft, Ipswich and Great Yarmouth

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Maintenance and Engineering Services team for a Delivery Engineer working across multiple operational areas in the Anglian Water Region


Reporting to the Service Contracts Delivery Manager you will liaise with stakeholders to provide fully scoped engineering options complying with CDM, safety, engineering standards and capital delivery governance.

Approved schemes will then be fully managedby the Delivery Engineer to agreed timescales and costs

As well as this, you'll be validating scheme designs, ensuring that the most efficient cost option is used without compromising health and safety and the overall quality of work, providing engineering support during design, installation & commissioning phases

Strong Health & Safety focus is a key requirement with the confidence to address unsafe working practices where they are seen ensuring that all work undertaken is to standards as described in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015

  • Experience of managing projects and delivering outstanding results
  • Excellent communication skills to build excellent customer relationships
  • A good understanding and knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations
  • Drive and motivation to strive for excellence
  • Financial awareness to ensure project costs are controlled within target
  • The ability to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with tight deadlines
