As part of the continued growth of our portfolio of contracts across an extensive uk wide Framework, we are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead our Plant and CAPEX engineering improvement business.

· Development and delivery of Engineering solutions, methodologies, processes, and procedures from pre-planning through to execution.

· Establish, maintain and manage the continued development of strong Engineering, Fabrication and Maintenance capability footprint of skilled resource.

· Liaise with design teams to ensure bespoke engineered design solutions are in line with the specification, configuration, constructability, installation and reliability required within scope of work.

· Facilitate, coordinate, and expedite procurement and supply chain resourcing to ensure the supplychain lifecycle is in line with Project deliverables.

· Provide proactive and collaborative leadership and management ensuring delivery of milestones and deliverables, including safety, quality and specified contractual requirements.

· Lead, manage and coordinate the deployment of and subsequent management of subcontractors.

· Work seamlessly and collaboratively with the Customer managing scope of work, engineering and project change requests, ensuring commercial coverage across all deliverables.

Applications are eagerly sought from candidates with a demonstrable track record of managing high value complex engineering, maintenance, capex, shutdown projects, including Process, Piping, Fabrication and Lifting operations with industries such as Power Generation, Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Pharmaceutical.
