The position:

As a result of ongoing expansion, a fantastic opportunity has opened up for a skilled HR professional specializing in organizational design and development. In the role of People Manager, you will report to and assist the HR Director in strategically planning and executing the people strategy to drive the company's growth objectives through effective people management and development.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Yearly strategic planning and implementation
  • Developing a people strategy that supports growth objectives
  • Establishing and maintaining a well-being and engagement strategy
  • Managing internal and external communications
  • Creating and overseeing personal development plans and training targets
  • Designing, writing, and delivering training programs, including soft skills and management training
  • Conducting skills analysis, job and people profiling, and succession planning
  • Introducing and overseeing the training academy
  • Working towards achieving accreditations such as Investors in People
  • Ensuring compliance with all objectives
  • Providing generalist HR advice and support

Required skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position
  • A genuine enthusiasm for and dedication to people development and engagement
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering training
  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong teamwork skills
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Confidence in interacting with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure
