About the job


The GLA would like to recruit an Internal Communications Executive on a temporary basis to assist with tasks within the Internal Communications Team.


Tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Updating the intranet daily
  • Coordinating and preparing weekly all staff newsletter content
  • Organisational tasks e.g. diary coordination, room bookings
  • Managing lunchtime presentation schedule
- managing diary, booking in sessions, sending diary markers.

  • Assisting at Internal Comms events (inperson, hybrid and online events), such as all staff briefings.

Skills, knowledge, and experience

  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be IT proficient, and be confident using the Microsoft Office package (including Excel).
  • Experience of Microsoft Teams Live Events and intranet/CMS experience is desirable.
  • Previous internal communications experience is desirable.
