We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our team in our award-winning business at Auchincruive, Ayr.

This is a temporary position for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

What you'll be doing:

  • Auditing and analysing pre and post rotational stock take checks.
  • Auditing and analsing pre and post annual stock take checks.
  • Updating Master Data with ERP systems.
  • Assisting management with project work.
  • Undertaking general administrative duties.

About you:

  • You'll have previous admin experience.
  • You'll possess strong communication skills and be able to prioritise your workload.
  • You'll have a keen attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Having experience using SAGE 200 or QPulse would be an advantage.
