**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Neogen. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement at a global company.
  • Bachelor of Science or higher education.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience across commodities in Pharma/Life Science, Automotive, or Aerospace is an advantage.
  • Experience in leading negotiations and managing small to medium value procurement projects.
