Aboutthe Job
In this role, youwill:
- Proactively plan and manage theDirector/DD diary using your professional judgement to line upmeetings in well-organised way. You will resolve conflicts,negotiate, and allocate time to Director/DDpriorities.
- Ensure the Director/DD are clear ontheir schedules for the day, organising logistics for internal andexternal meetings.
- Anticipate problems, risks,issues, and corporate tasks and proactively make suggestions aboutthe best way to take them forward.
- Develop oradopt efficient systems for handling and prioritising emails onbehalf of the Director/DD. You will use your own judgement tofilter out unnecessary emails.
- Take theinitiative to develop and lead relationships with key external andinternal partners andcolleagues.
