We are looking for new trainee inventory clerk to expand our fantastic team

Job Description:

The day to day work involves visiting rented homes collecting data and compiling detailed property reports on our bespoke software, as well as visiting tenants in their homes to conduct property visits

Work available Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm although this can be flexible with a minimum of 3-8 hours per week - Must be available on Mondays and/or Fridays

Approx. £15 p/h (fee schedule and training will be provided before start)

  • Property Inventory experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Experience in property lettings beneficial.
  • A good eye for detail and be able to take clear photographs
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ensuring that company standards are always met
  • Punctual & Reliable
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Excellent Administration skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Smart Attire
  • Full UK Driving License & Use Of Your Own Car Is Required
