We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our team at Ceuta Group, an IQVIA business. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the management of specific clients' stock through our warehouse.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely inventory management, including liaising with clients and our logistics provider to meet demand forecasts. You will also be responsible for reconciling PODs to orders/receipts, investigating and resolving stock and order queries, and communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and driving business growth. If you have a strong background in logistics and inventory management, and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients and our logistics provider to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Reconcile PODs to orders/receipts and investigate any discrepancies

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a demand planning/stock control function
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
